Pressure cookers are a great way to conveniently and quickly prepare delicious meals. Unlike conventionally cooked food, the flavors created in these types of pots are exceptionally deep and rich. You can cook practically anything in them. These pots are particularly suitable for food that needs to be softened, such as braised meat or roasts.

The Zilner ZL-5103 9L pressure cooker is a pot with a sealing lid and a valve to regulate the pressure inside the pot. When liquid is heated in a sealed pot, steam builds up, increasing the pressure. High pressure significantly increases the boiling point of water, so food cooks faster and is softer.

Around the world, pressure cookers are most commonly used for cooking legumes, stews, or vegetables. This is a very efficient choice, using much less energy than many other appliances, as it cooks quickly by utilizing the power of steam pressure.

Made of stainless steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion. Handles made of durable and heat-resistant plastic with a safety valve for safe use. Food is prepared under high pressure, saving time and energy when preparing any dish. Dishwasher safe - without the lid. Suitable for all types of stoves, including induction cooktops.

Usage:

Do not use the pressure cooker for pressure frying. Open the pot when the internal pressure drops to zero. Do not use the pressure cooker for purposes other than those for which it is intended. When cooking products that expand (e.g., rice), the quantity should be half the pot's capacity. Opening: after cooling and releasing steam with the valve, lift the handle to 180 degrees, the lid to 90 degrees, and lift. Closing: the reverse process of opening. Ensure that the contact area is clean, and the lid with openings is clean. Ensure that the lid is properly installed on the pot after turning it 180 degrees with the handle in a horizontal position.
